Charitable Events

If you are organizing a charitable event, and would like to have Synergy Karaoke involved, these are the steps to take.

Non-Profit Organizations, who are 501(c)(3) certified organizations have priority.

You do not have to be a Non-Profit Organization, a corporation, if the benefited charity is obvious, and not for personal gain, (i.e. Toys for Tots, MDA, Autism Awareness, Military Support Groups (i.e. Officer's Wives, Enlisted Friends, Local Wounded Warriors, etc.), Veteran Organizations, Local Chuch Groups, Student Union Activities, and Children's Sport Teams are all acceptable examples.)

However, if an organized event, by the owner of an establishment, and is being held at his facility, with nothing but a collection box in the corner, there may be further requirements. A good rule of thumb, would be "If you're going to be making a profit, I should making a profit". For those types of Charitable Events, a reduced price for services can be negotiate!


Check the above calendar to see if Synergy Karaoke is available for you requested date. Please keep in mind to allow time for travel, setup/breakdown.

You're Available, Now What?

  • Be certain your event will meet all local noise ordinances, especially if held outside. If held outside, you must provide adiquate power (see below), and shelter in case of rain.
  • Have your event details contact information ready before calling.
  • Provide Synergy Karaoke with safe and appropriate working conditions.
  • Provide a minimum 6-foot by 6-foot area for setup, space for setting up speakers. Synergy Karaoke requires a minimum of one 15-20-amp circuit outlet from a reliable power source within 25 feet (along the wall) of the set-up area. This circuit must be free of all other connected loads.
  • Provide Synergy Karaoke with a Donation Receipt. If you do not have one you can download one from us.
